Negative: We couldn't enjoy the beach because of all the seaweed. We felt that we should have received complimentary breakfast since we had to pay for everything else. There could have been two ropes in every room, we had to share one robe and they only put 2 towels and 2 wash. Cloths in each room, that's never enough for 2 people. I use 2 wash clothes at a time..

Positive: The Friendliness of the staff was absolutely incredible, it is because of them that I will return.
Negative: The Jacuzzi in my room didn't work, the lady at front desk said it would only be fixed in the morning as the technician wasnt on site (18:00), I was only there for 1 night. These things should be checked by the maintenance department prior to guests arrival, it is the 101 rule for any hospitality establishment. Also a lot of the shops said they are opening at 09:00 but this didnt happen as I walked around at 09:15 and they were still closed. I also placed a room service order, when the order came I realized that I didnt receive my drinks order so I had to phone and ask for this again.
Summary: The service from the staff made up for a lot that went wrong.

Positive: Like the suite and the small pool on the roof. I will the staff had told us about the small pool.
Negative: Didn't like the staff not telling us about the pool or the 3 restaurants that were closed for remodeling. Didn't like that the Didn't even have complimentary water and 1 ply toliet paper
